Who we support

The step between hospital and a place of your own

Most of the people we support are aged 18–65 and have lived with a mental health condition for a long time. Some are waiting on a ward for somewhere to go. Some are on a Community Treatment Order. Some have had a tenancy fall apart and need a steadier start. We work out how much support someone actually needs, and build the week around that.

Coming out of hospital

Somewhere to go when the ward is ready to discharge, and support that stops people bouncing back.

Section 117 and CTOs

We've done this many times with NHS trusts and councils, so the paperwork doesn't hold things up.

Medication

A quiet prompt, a check that it's been taken, and a call to the right person when something changes.

Keeping a tenancy

Cooking, bills, laundry, routine — the ordinary things that decide whether a home lasts.

More than somewhere to live

A proper home, and people who know you

Your own room with a key that's yours, shared space that feels lived in, and a small team who notice when something's off — not a rota of strangers.

Where we work

Where we operate

We'd rather know a few places well than be spread thinly across the country. Each area has its own team, its own homes and its own relationships with the local authority and mental health services.

For professionals

What you get from working with us

  • Hours based on what the person needs, and reviewed when that changes
  • A clear reason in writing for every package we recommend
  • One weekly figure, with nothing added later
  • Care notes you can look at yourself instead of asking us for an update
  • Staff who've worked with complex mental health, self-neglect and relapse before
  • Gas, electrical and fire safety certified homes, checked regularly

Got someone waiting on a ward?

Tell us about them and we'll say honestly whether we're the right fit — and if we're not, we'll try to point you somewhere that is.
